± LCD/Plasma/Televisons Above 20" Policy
All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions above 20" are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery of any television 20" and above:


1. All customers must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV. Please call customer service to make them aware of the incoming return.
2. If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree that you cannot return the television.
3. Once the television has been delivered please refer to "Manufacturer Returns" or refer to any applicable warranty you might have. Reason for Return: Please initial and list reason for return or exchange

Checklist for Returns: (Please make sure that all of the following conditions are met prior to returning merchandise) This does not apply to a "Final Sale", nor any return item directly to the manufacturer (see Return Policy above).

A) Please supply a copy of original invoice and this form filled out completely.
B) All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging with all standard supplied manufacturers accessories, packing materials, plastic bags, manuals, and warranty cards.
C) Original manufacturers warranty cards, paperwork, and manuals must be blank.
D) All returns must be double boxed and include your RMA # on the outside of the shipping box. Please address the package Attn: Customer Service. DO NOT write on the manufacturers original box.
