If an item is found to be out of stock after an order is placed, we will process the items that are available and ship them.

Please inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage (a crack, seperation, or actual damaged to the unit) or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and will return the item to us. DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY BASED ON A BOX THAT APPEARS TO BE SLIGHTY DAMAGED. IT IS COMMON FOR WEAR AND TEAR TO HAPPEN TO THESE BOXES DURING SHIPPING. REFUSED TV\'s THAT COME BACK WITH NO DAMAGED WILL BE ASSESED A RESTOCKING FEE. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site. Some products require Special Handling due to weight and size. Soon after your order leaves our distribution center, you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a specific time convenient for you. This service includes delivery within 7-10 business days of shipment and basic curbside delivery. Please note that setup and plug-in is not included and each shipment requires an adult signature upon delivery. Back Order This product is not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from our supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product. We will update you on the status of your order via email. Oversized and bulky itmes(such as Projection Televisions, Tower Speakers, Projection Screen, Massage Chairs) ship via motor freight to the 48 contiguous states only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto and the Virgin Islands is extra. DealCost.com requires a signature when your package is delivered.
